Yes, thanks suwing, i spotted that. I was hoping someone might respond who has had highlights done. My silly western hair is a bit sensitive so i need to be careful but i might check that place out. Thanks.

The BEST person for blonde highlights is "Ky the Guy" at YKC Spa and Salon. Dien Bien Phu in District 3.
